FULLFILLING ORDERS
All of the items in our shop are pre-orders. This means that orders will not be fulfilled until after the shop has closed. This includes both physical and digital orders. The production period can take anywhere from 2 up to 6 months. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
All orders will be shipped using a tracking number which will be provided through email. As of now due to restrictions, we are unable to ship to Ukraine and the Russian Federation.
CUSTOMS AND VAT
Due to new regulations from the UK and EU, your order may be applicable for VAT upon arrival in your country. The customer is responsible for paying the customs/VAT charges. The zine will not be reimbursing costs related to this.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
